Each morning before beginning work, I say the following prayer in my office. I share this with good intentions and would encourage you to post your pre-work prayers in the comment section below. The world needs a little more prayer these days.
Prayer for Freelancers
Lord,
Thank you for all the ways that you have blessed me.
I thank you especially for the opportunity to work today.
Help me to do what is right for my customers, my family, my business, myself, and most importantly you, Lord.
Lord, watch over all that I do, and especially watch over my customers’ businesses, their websites, my consulting business, my websites, and anything I’m involved with.
Watch over and protect my children, my wife, my parents, siblings, and all of those I know and love. Keep them far from evil and close to you always. Help us to honor, love, and serve you all the days of our lives.
